Erin Baker loves this corner of Maitland — the oak canopy, the lakes, the schools, and the neighborhoods that grew up around them. Her work is the natural extension of that: helping longtime owners sell their homes well, and helping buyers find the home in the Dommerich community that truly fits them.

That connection comes from years of everyday involvement — volunteering in the school community that anchors the neighborhood (including a term as Dommerich Elementary’s PTA President), serving on local boards, and getting to know the streets, the lakes, and the homes here the way only a resident can. When she helps a buyer weigh a home, or helps a longtime owner decide what their property is really worth, that firsthand knowledge is the difference.

From marketing homes to selling them

Erin came to real estate from the other side of the closing table. After earning her B.A. in Advertising & Public Relations from UCF’s Burnett Honors College, she spent her early career at a Central Florida agency specializing in homebuilder and developer marketing, working with names like Morrison Homes, Lennar, Centex, and Newland. She went on to serve as Central Florida Marketing Director for M/I Homes, overseeing marketing across twenty communities.

That background matters in practice: Erin understands how builders price, position, and sell — knowledge that works in her clients’ favor whether they’re buying new construction, competing for a mid-century home in Dommerich Estates, or preparing a house for market. She has been recognized as a Five Star Professional Rising Star real estate agent.

Rooted in Maitland

Erin lives in Maitland with her husband, their three children, and a rescue dog. Beyond the PTA, her community commitments run deep:
