Kings Row
A pocket neighborhood off Horatio Avenue: custom character homes from the late ’60s and ’70s on third-acre lots, no HOA, and a namesake park at its center. Inventory here is the tightest in the community.
Winter Park
Just south of the community: Park Avenue, the chain of lakes, and the broader area Erin serves through Fannie Hillman & Associates’ Winter Park offices.

Five more communities feed Dommerich Elementary: Windsor Park, Sandlewood Creek (a condominium community with a pool — often the most attainable entry point into the community), Isles of Sicily (a small enclave near Lake Maitland), Park Lake, and Lake Maitland Terrace (cozy single-family homes built 1964–1980). Inventory in these pockets is limited but moves through the same community-driven demand.
